So much more than child care... This is a learning centered program designed to enrich the educational experience of students in grades K - 12!

The 21st Century Community Learning Program is FREE for Hinsdale students in grades K - 6th or 7th (up to age 12). We offer high-quality care and enriching activities after school dismissal. YMCA staff offer homework help, lead themed activity clubs, teach new skills, and direct fitness and sports activities. A daily FREE snack is provided.

When does our program run?

Monday - Friday until 5:30 pm

*After school while school is in session

What is the 21st Century Program?
The 21st Century Community Learning Center Program is an academic intervention and enrichment program designed to give students extra support with homework, incorporating enrichment activities such as STEM, physical education, art, cooking, and much more! The middle and high school programs focus on college and career readiness, as well as test preparatory programs.

Looking for Child Care Before School?

Still looking for child care before your student starts school? We also offer before school care starting at 7:30 AM where students can take part in academic and physical fitness activities to get a jump start on the school day!
